Ted Shipley: Chief Executive Officer
TEKS' founder and guiding principal, Ted is responsible for TEKS' overall strategic direction.
A pioneer in the field, Ted set out to turn the confounding process of time loss management into a stress-free, cost-saving experience for his clients. Ted’s innovation and commitment to helping Canada work have placed TEKS at the forefront of the industry.

Dale Legge: President
Dale is responsible for TEKS operations in all provinces. Dale has vast experience in OH&S, HR and WSIB, and spent seven years leading the OH&S/Claims Management team at Adecco, Canada’s largest staffing company. In his former role as Regional VP, Dale was responsible for TEKS' Eastern operations, including Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. Dale studied Marketing and Human Resources at Algonquin College in Ottawa.

Andrew Shipley: Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Andrew brings significant sales and marketing skills to TEKSmed. Self employed in Alberta for more than 20 years, Andrew has started, grown and sold several successful businesses. Andrew will be taking over the day to day sales, marketing and business development of TEKS. With Andrew being Ted’s younger brother, this is truly a family owned company.
