Online claims form submittal tool

Quikware is a web-based Forms Management System that allows employers to submit Workers' Compensation Employer’s Reports of Injury directly and securely to TEKS.

Sub is available to new and existing QuikCarePro clients. The Quikware User Interface provides an intuitive 256-bit web encryption for secure submittal of forms to TEKS. Forms can be sent in real time or saved and sent later with the Save Form option. The following forms are available:
   - Ontario Employer’s Report of Injury/Disease
   - BC Employer’s Report of Injury or Occupational Disease
   - Alberta Employer’s Report of Injury or Occupational Disease

Solo is available for employers who are not QuikCarePro clients and who wish to manage their own Employer’s Reports of Injury. In addition to the Quikware User Interface, Solo clients receive the Quikware Management Interface, which provides an intuitive graphical user interface for power users and administrators with the following capabilities:
   - User definable global view preferences
   - User definable search preferences
   - Create and Define Users
   - Create and Define Company/Branch
   - Form Edit
   - Form Print to PDF
   - Form Search with selectable criteria
   - View Log
   - Selectable Active Form status: READ, REVIEWED, APPROVED
   - Selectable Inactive Form status: FILED, NFR
   - Built-in email notifications
   - Intelligent Background Service
